Customer Experience Study

Your experiences at an International Airport in the United Kingdom

Thank you for taking part in this important industry-wide study about international airports in the United Kingdom.  We would particularly like to hear about those you have visited or travelled through during the past 12 months.

The study is completely confidential and you will not be asked for any personally identifiable information.  The aggregated findings will be passed back to participating airports to help them find out what they do well, and where they can improve their services.Airports in the United Kingdom

The following few pages contain three groups of questions to help us learn about:

  • You and your airport visit(s)
    To help us understand the reason(s) for your recent visit(s) to the airport
  • Problems you may have encountered at the airport
    To discover if you have experienced any problems or concerns at the airport in the past 12 months
  • Your overall satisfaction with the airport
    A few general questions about how satisfied you have been with the airport over the past 12 months

(Depending on your answers, this will involve between six and eight short pages of questions and should take only about ten minutes to complete).

Throughout the survey, please think about your visits to the airport during the past 12 months
(You are welcome to take the study more than once if there is another airport you have experienced in the past 12 months).
