Customer Experience Study - International Airports
Airports are such an important part of the air-travel experience.
They have so many things to get right, and they completely set the tone for the journeys of business and leisure travellers around the world.
To keep getting things right (and to find out if they get it wrong) it’s important for airports to get feedback about their customers’ experiences - (good and bad).
We would particularly like to hear from you about the international
airports you have you have visited or travelled
through during the past 12 months.

The study is completely confidential and you will not be asked for any personally identifiable information. The questionnaire for each airport you would like to tell us about involves between six to eight short pages of questions and should take only about ten minutes to complete.
